Lately I have been wondering why men aka animals actually not animals make that #/!??? - because I can't think of a name- but any way why the #/!??? go around raping women. Rape is the most serious cause of assault that can be inflicted upon a women. The only other form of abuse that comes close enough to match that level of assault is child malesting.
The thought that has been in my mind lately is why haven't the judges in the country sentenced a man to death for raping a woman or women after being convinced that they have sufficient evidence to sentence him to a jail term?
Since PNG has already the death penalty in place it should be used by the judges. Although the men may serve time behind bars most of them feel no remorse for what they did to their victem, which is expected cos if they did have any feelings or emotions of some kind they would not have done what they did.
If the judges would only inflict the death penalt on rapists it would definatly deter men from going about raping women and using them to their own adventage. RApeists have slowly taken away the freedom of right for women to move about doing thier daily activities, whether going to the garden or walking home after work in the late afternoon or catching a PMV on a highway. Most women do not feel safe even in their own homes or with male relations because in most incidents even the male relations are threatened.
Judges must use the death penalty on rapists to protect the freedom of women and prevent other men from sexually assaulting women.

Everything you say is true but if we cannot even get our Judges to exercise their right to enforce the death penalty for Murder,how can we seriously expect them to hand down this penalty for rape which is a lesser crime than murder,but only just.I say that men should have their testicles removed at birth and then handed back to them when it is felt they deserve the priviledge.Perhaps science will design a velcro-type fastening and maybe we could have them re-attached every Sunday,as a special treat-Only if they are very good.
