Thanks, Reetsie. You just reminded me that I have a copy of that book myself. In addition to Kane's documentation of the Coast, the book is illustrated with James Ricau's beautiful black and white photography. I was looking in the dust jacket and see that the book originally (1959) sold for $5 and was marked down to $1.98. Try to get a hard cover book for them beans nowadays!
