Take your hands and place the together and face them towards the sky. Then move each one up and down. Take each hand from the base of your palm to the tips of the fingers on the other hand. When the hand on top has reached the top fold your fingers over to touch the tips of the other hand. Then do the same for the other hand in whatever rythm in the track your listening too. Keep doing this until you get into a solid motion.
After you get this down, start moving your hands farther apart and in different directions. Bring your hands up to one side of your shoulders and bring one around the behind your head while meeting it with the other on the other side. After a few hours/days/weeks you will get the hang of it and just add some neat-sticks.
