The three Ar 196s that the Finns used, were borrowed from the Germans, and the a/c carried no Finnish markings on duty in Finland. I guess they retained the German color scheme as well.
You can look, what the Ar 196 might have looked like in Finnish markings & scheme, if you visit Jouni Ronkko's site at
http://www.tutka.net/~jr73/ and find the a/c under the Others button.
Usually people are sorry they speak Finnish, but I am glad to hear that someone is sorry for NOT speaking it. Don't worry. English, good or bad, is allowed in the forum, too.
