The book Lentäjän näkökulma II by Jukka Raunio says that the factory performance figures agreed well with real performance. However, they were lower than you posted.
Measured in Finland with BW-366:
Highest speed at sea level: 428 km/h
Highest speed at 4750 meters: 480 km/h
Climb speed near sea level: about 13 m/s
Climb time to 6000 meters: about 10 min
