Sorry, I don't speak english (very, very bad). Therefore it is brief. More in detail only on russian.
My source - RGVA. Kuldin's I-16 - #27Ï21Ä51. 21.02.40 it is damaged at landing. Though 18/02/40 he could be on I-153.
My impression was that Keskinen/Stenman used offical sources, but this can of course be wrong.
Do not doubt. However 18/02/40 there not absolutely clear situation.
