It seems that I was a little cavalier with my question about the Finnish Air Force roundels.
I have been reading about WWII since I was a young boy and I am interested in all aspects of it. My uncle was killed over Ploesti in the B26 raid. He was 19 years old.
I in no way intended to imply that the Finns were involved in Nazism. They fought bravely and fiercely for their country by all accounts that I have read, and I have the greatest respect for them.
I was intrigued by blurb in the book and was curious.
