There was a Heller based model issued by Polish company Pantera no 7209. i think it is still avialable on net. Decals require some care. Also you can use decals offered be Techmod. there are no specific decals for Fi-156, but they provide set of letters and numbers that allows creation of almost all configurations used during II WW.

Concerning camouflage I cant remember any photo showing Fi-156 in wearing green/black colors. I doubts they applied any camo at it was liaison aircraft and as such should be left with its green only.

Maybe someone has better news about camo for you. I will be pleased to hear them. Maybe white?
