as a supporter of all local cricket may i commend you on your website that you have set up for thr results and tables. Note to captains. It is 3pm on tuesday and only 3 results on website.
I also read the worcester league website and they have every result and tables updated by sunday lunchtime.
I know the site is new but i reckon it could be a great one as long as every one contributes with the info the administrators need.

Good luck to all this season.

I think you're on about the new Marches League site on play-cricket, whereas this forum is unofficial and not actually run by the Marches League. Hopefully they'll have more results up on there when they get the 'results cards' in the post in the next day or two.

I think both this site and the ML site tells us all we need to know about ML cricket. No one gives a toss, couldn't be arsed and are just basically apathetic. Other than Burghill no other first div side has put their results up. A few other sides have bothered to place their results on the website.

In contrast all the results are in on the Worcs website. Why should this be the case. Are they more computer literate in Worcs? I don't think so!!There is no ambition or drive in the ML.

Thank you statto for your reply, sorry for any confusion caused. I was referring to the PLAY CRICKET website and NOT this forum in my previous posting.

Monmouth?? Who are they? Are they the team that got rolled over recently by Worcs Dominoes? Hope not. They were much better when they played a higher standard of cricket last season.

I think you'll find my friend that results don't lie.

Good luck to Monmouth, at least they (and Wormelow) are trying to better their
cricket. The Marches League is nothing but a shambles.

In all fairness, and I have to admit to not liking the f***ers but I think Glyn Harrhy, Neil Morris and the other fellas who went to play for another team have done the same... Best wishes to them all!

The Monmouth jibe was said in jest. To stimulate some banter on this site. It's awfully boring. I like the Monmouth lads and can see why they left the ML. I am sure they will win the Worcs league. But it can't be that strong if Wormelow are leading it. They were an average side last year.
