Any clubs signed up for the awards night? Was a bit dissapointing last year where winners of their awards weren't there to pick them up?

Was that an indictment of the awards or the clubs? Either way it's piss poor.

The marches league is now at an all time low with regards to quality, some teams having to rely on overseas players to score the runs and a very average garnons team winning it. The likes of bromyard and talgarth from 10 years ago would of walked this with there 2nd string.

It's pretty poor isn't it. Teams like Llandod who have an overseas player who scores all of their runs, and takes all of their wickets. What do the others do? Can't be much fun for the rest of the team.

Same must be said for burghil to a degree. That guy hedges must wonder what mickey mouse bowling attacks he comes up against some weeks. He presumably will look for a better standard of cricket this coming season, so that neil can have a knock?
