everthing. You need to complain about anything that concerns you while the car is under warranty. I just got a whole new transmission put into my wife's Mazda for free (plus a loaner car for a week). Once you are out of warranty it is your money.
Besides, the dealers get paid by Honda for warranty work. Just not as much as they gouge you when you are paying for repairs.
