The small ring for slightly smaller cups?
WHOA! Bad Honda Design.
I lost mine too! Stuck to the bottom of a McDonalds cup. I almost lost it on 3 other occasions stuck to misc. cups. They usually fall off just before it goes in the garbage, then I see that it had stuck.
Hmmm...Honda should come up with a better design because I have to replace mine too now and my coffee's move around to much.
