While about 70 people sowed up to oppose in Sac yesterday, that only a tenth of who showed up last year
I cannot, most weekdays make the drive with three little kids
Most of you know that between a serious back injury and being mom full time I have had to miss many shows.
But those of you in NorCal especially who are mobile and less encumbered need to plan to go to the PetPAC Capitol rally.

ps. I am putting about 4 hours average on legislation daily. It certainly does not pay well and the job has a big burn out rate.
Believe me, there are a shitload of other things I'd rather do.
I happen to believe that our dogs are worth preserving. But when I post over and over and there's no response it's pretty disheartening.
If your burned out on legislation and have retired from the fight or are ignoring it, well it's your perogative. but each time we decide to do that it's potentially another nail in our own coffin.
