Need 124 5V Spark Plug

The manual I have only list the Marelli CW275B SPARK PLUG FOR MY 66 124 5v Gilera. Does anyone know the correct easier to find replacement such as an NGK or ND?

Also looking of a correct straight set of sport handlebars.
