Why are the concepts of emergent and designed so hard to grasp?

And it's logical fallacy one after another to make a determination of something as emergent or designed without a sound background for justify doing so. In court it's called conjecture and hearsay. Not sure why so many bail out of their intellectual faculties and education to simply blidly leap to faith in superstitions & mystical thinking. That's not science, regardless of the bais towards or against divine intervention.
