So let's talk evolution... And some projections.

Say in the next 20, 50, 100 or so years that geneticists and biologists can do the following with technology to manipulate DNA:

- Actually create new species in the lab - putting feathers on a horse, or wings on a frog.
- Be able to reconstruct and repopulate once extict species

The "pick your favorite creative adjective" people that don't understand will still not accept evolution. They will still argue that such accomplishments are only evidence of the accomplisments themselves, and not evolution or how life came to be on this planet.


So my question is... Why even bother with them? God could show up personally and tell them that evolution is how it works, provide a live demonstration, and they still would refuse to believe it. The research and science will continue and make progress in spite of the "pick your favorite creative adjective" people,
