Burdall's Gravy Block / Salt " I Still Have Some "byHi All you Burdall's lovers, Like all of you I have been trying to find Burdall's Gravy salt for the past year or so. My family have used it for generations and my dear old mother is lost without it. I run a Hotel and Catering Industry in the Middle East and use to buy a big stock when back in the UK. mainly for myself but I'd converted most the chef's in our Hotels, which is were most of the stock I would bring back would go to. While home last my mother told me she had run out and if I knew where she could get more as she had not seen it for months, since then I've tried everything without success. I wrote to space foods and as soon as I recieved their reply that it was out of production, I took back what I could from the Hotels, not much but I do still have a couple of Pkts. If it would help in anyone producing the same product I would be willing to send them some, please let me know. ! In the meantime I'd like to make an order for my Mother should it be available, could you let me know the address to send the cheque, and the address of whoever is going to try and produce the new Gravy Salt so that I can contact them to find out if they need a sample.
