Response to Marder radio location

...the crew of the Ausf.H consisted of only three men.

The radio set was up in the fighting compartment on the inside wall of the superstructure; one variation has it on the left side, the other has it on the right. A careful check of photos will reveal the antenna mount is seen on either side of the superstructure, but not both at once.

Depending on which side it was mounted on, either the commander (who was also the gunner) or the loader would ooperate it.

This according to Panzer Tracts and Nuts & Bolts books.
