Yes, the Pzkpfw 38(t) 'lookalike' is the Slovak LT-40, one of the CKD TNH family. This photo shows one of the seven vehicles in service with the Slovak Mobile Brigade in Russia during 1941. They weren't fitted with their gun armament at this stage & served as MG-armed command tanks - albeit without a radio ! One was knocked out & stripped for spares, the remainder later returned to Slovakia & were fitted with a 37mm gun, along with the remainder of the production run (22 vehicles in total) [info from the Czech MBI book on the subject]. I modelled the LT-40 in 1/72 scale some years back:

Photos of the LT-40 in this configuration are quite rare, so thanks to Eric for posting.
