I simply looked at a K5 deck & data for it, a 1964 deck & a 1959 deck. There's a very small difference. delta E of 3 if you want delta E.

I understand you're really excited about color control, but you're putting RAL up on a pedestal. All of their classic colors have industrial customers, and the customer dictates what the customer wants. If it's a small change, RAL can tweak an existing color. If too big of a change, they'll make a new standard (and delete old ones like the twenty they flushed after the war)
