Thanks to those who helped me I.D. a publication that contained the wartime image below. I was hot to find this image because I have managed to acquire three such original models as complete, uncut sheets. The images below show some of the sheets, and it is clear that the KV-1 and KV-2 sheets are identical to those shown in the wartime photo. I have the KV-1, KV-2, and also the Churchill III and will be exploring the reproduction of these items.
