The slice of roof over the barrel may just be grey slate.

Sorry, I still think this is genuine. A b&w shot doesn't prove anything other than it's a greyscale version of a colour shot.

BUT, if this is, indeed, colorized then what's the difference between this and a genuine color print? (I do hate US spellcheckers).
