The reason was given and accepted by the web site owners and their web-masters at the time after disclosure of my IP records and access checks by the web providers. I was CLEARED and PROVEN HONEST

I have never said that I did not post this and that it came from my IP, but did disclose it was posted on behalf of the person sitting next to me at the time who was/is not able to complete such tasks.
One more post was made under this name, of some Panther drawings which were posted in 1/16th scale , complete and open with NO Copy write, this was posted in the same manner using the words of the person next to me, again no denial but reasons as above.
(These drawings were made and posted many many many moons BEFORE any publication was planned...I would NOT of given away that much, full 1/16th plans!, if I had any thought that I might at some point)
The later posts to ML (raw and obvious in their wording) were shown to be FAKE AND TRACED (and recorded) to a pair of Australian web IP's.
I would say after 8 years of this bull s@@t maybe I could say a few choice words on a blog, it seems I am the only one here who does not
