Sturmtiger Interior...Aaaarghhh!

Can someone once and for all tell me what color to paint the interior of a Sturmtiger? How come the interior pics of the Munster museum tank show the ENTIRE interior panzer interior buff? Did some jerk at the museum repaint the interior? That's some really old looking paint! Everyone on this site says Elfenwhatever green grey on the walls and primer red on the floor, but I just finished painting mine entirely interior buff and it looks pretty good. Forgive my frustration and ignorance as I can't afford some $80 out of print reference book for every model I tackle.

Museum interior

Its in no way original nor complete. Some stuff too is bogus like the Sherman air filters fitted to the fire wall for some reason.

Most of the upper parts will be ivory. The lower chassis parts would be as per the Tiger I... discussed here quite a bit.

Interiors...

I can't speak for the Sturmtiger, but it was standard German practice to do the upper parts in 'elfenbein' (ivory) and the lower parts in grey-green or primer depending on the time... I've seen inside a number of tanks and never was there an ivory floor.
