After the issue of sIG33 by Alan and before its Bison I, I started a conversion, making my own plans. I assumed both sides were symmetrical. I take calculations from both sides, using the window on top as a point of reference, mixing them. The results were... confusing.
Then I take calculations individually for each side:
Right side
Left side
The numbers are lengths in pixels. Both photos from my collection.
Assuming the length of the side plates is 1.450 m.,
for the right side 1.450*366/906=586 mm.
and left side 1.450*430/993=627 mm.
The difference is only 39 mm.(circa 1 mm. in 1/35 scale) but means that turning counterclockwise the gun, it may exit freely, vertically or horizontally (pushing the tank when the gun hangs from the crane).
Please apologize my poor english.
