Jeff,

Panthers did not have zimmerit on the road wheels (steel or rubber), final drives/sprockets or idlers

Sorry I was not clear in my question...

I wanted to know if I had to add Zemm. to the rubber wheeled version. I have a feeling that the steel wheel "late" G didn't have zemmerant but I wasen't sure about the others.
I know that there was no Zemm on the wheels

I think what Jeff means is, if he uses the rubber wheels would the tank have to have zimmerit? The answer is no it would not.

Only a small number of early G's didn't have zimm, do a forum search for some informative posts on the subject.
You're right that the steel wheel versions had no zimm.

best regards,
