Jagdpanzer IV Mg 42

How far should the Mg42 protude from the front plate. According to dragon's instructions about 1 cm (in scale) but the Munster museum showed that it is flat with the plate. I can't find a wartime picture
The Dragon option doesn't look logical to me
It's the IV AO I'm talking about

Thanks for your reply Willem Yes I have seen this picture but didn't know this discussion
due to fact the Mg is hanging into a belt I was confused On the outside it looks right in combination with the cover

So there will be no barrel visible on the outside and Dragon's instructions are incorrect
