Response to How many KV-2 survivors are there?

As mentioned in the KV thread down the page... there is one tank on display outdoors in Moscow. Its welded shut, and for all anyone knows it could be a hollow shell. I haven't looked at pictures of it in a long time, but I recall thinking it was perhaps a KV-2 turret stuck on a KV-1 hull for display purposes.

There have been some replica KV tanks made for various movies or a museum could have a mock up. Some were done on T-55 tanks,, for example.
