M4 - E9 Suspension

Does anyone know of a book, TM or drawing that gives the dimensions of the bogie spacers on the E9 suspension? I have a good picture of the idler mount and can figure that one out. The sprocket mount is apparently just a shaft extension, but the brackets for the bogies are more of a mystery. Hunnicutt gives the thickness but not the size and shape.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Neil
