Hi Jose. You asked a number of different things, which folks can answer for themselves by their own priorities. From what I can gather, the recent complaints have only dealt with delivery time. Folks can read the responses by Karl and make their own opinions on the situation. For me personally, at least so far, Karl's "excuses" (as you put them) seem legitimate. Folks have computer and email issues, even very technically savvy folks. Understanding that Tiger is a 1 man operation, I, personally, am willing to give him some extra time. People can make their own decisions as they see fit. I would say I'm happy that Jeff has so much work, since that means that he'll hopefully keep providing the hobby with great products.
My biggest point is this... While I understand that it's unfortunate that Jeff hasn't been able to keep his commitment as far as time frame, your response to declare an issue with paypal simply does not resolve anything. I would assume that folks who order items from Tiger actually WANT the item(s) that Tiger is offering. What does getting your money back accomplish?
As a disclaimer: I've never met Jeff, Karl, or anyone directly related to Tiger as far as I know. I've also never bought directly from the Tiger website.
