There was a guy in Canada who sold good reproductions but can't find his info at the moment. He had the M4A3 and M4A4 SNLs, maybe the M4/M4A1 that Mike at Easy1 sells.
The M4A3E2 SNL (seen at MHI library) would be rather disappointing to you, not many illustrations, plus it only covers the differences between it and the regular M4A3. It was mainly drivetrain parts.
FYI, these cover only the replaceable items, not things like hull plates. Early war ones were 300-400 pages, late war were 600-700 pages, postwar, with new illustrations for the tanks still in service, could easily be 1000 pages. You will only find those for M4A1(76) and M4A3(75)/(76)/(105).
