Picture of Churchills called "Angela"?

Hi,
Having just read the recent published Warpaint 4, or to be more precise the downloadable list of tank names made available with it, I now have an urgent need to make a model of the two Churchill tanks named Angela (thereby pleasing my partner of the same name, and using up some of the kit stash in the loft....). I could obviously do with a picture, but dont have access to either of the two books mentioned AFV 30/2 or The Churchill Tank and the Canadian Armoured Corps - Mark W. Tonner, as they are out of print in the first instance, and rather a lot of money (£40) in the second, especially if turns out not to have a picture in. Could anyone therefore confirm if either of these definitely has a picture of said vehicles? Obviously, posting the picture would result in a shower of blessings upon your head!

Ta

Lee
