They also used the M4A2 75mm versions as well. For the 57 degree hull degree version you could use a Tasca M4A2 (pullman) or the DML Sherman III,(kit 6313) which is also a Pullman Sherman I believe. For a Fisher built M4A2 I would use the DML Italy/Sicly Sherman III(kit 6231) version.It looks like the Soviets used both these types and you wouldn't necessarily have to add the exhaust deflector on these tanks as it appears the Soviets had these tanks without them. For the 47 degree version you could probably use the DML M4A2 PTO Late version. When you look at the changes you would have to make as per what Rob said these look like easier options if I was going to do a Soviet Sherman. I am sure Rob and others more knowledgeable than me could add to these comments with additional information.
