Tweaks for T-34 STZ 1941

I've got the #6355 1941 STZ kit from Dragon, and want to model the tank on the box art. I know most of the differences on that vehicle are included in the kit, but is there anything I should scratch or pickup from the aftermarket to match that particular tank even more?

This would be the first T-34 I've built. I've searched here and read the reviews on PMMS, but looking for what the consensus might be for tweaks, upgrades, etc.
