I would like to gather some frank opinions regarding the workable suspension of the Tamiya 1/35 M26 Pershing before I decide what to do with my model.
To date, many seemed to advocate gluing the components in place instead of leaving them workable. Are there particular reasons for this advice?
Also, is the workable suspension robust enough for normal handling and will it actually tension the tracka properly?
p.s. I think an old MMIR (?) article wrote that the painting/weathering process could potentially affect the workable suspension?
