Russian/Estonian translation help plus some?

I've been looking over the handful of photos I have of the T-34-76 recovered in Estonia in 2000 and trying to reconstruct how it may have looked prior to its capture by the Germans.

On the TC's side of the turret we have "For Soviet Estonia" in both Russian and Estonian. On the loader's side is something I can't make out but one report on the recovery mentions the phrase "The enemy can not escape revenge" but it doesn't say what language its in. I'd assume Russian but do any of you have an opinion?
Can anyone help me out with how that would be written out in either language?

Also the number 1056 appears on the loader's side and rear of the turret but does not appear to be painted on the TC's side.
I've been again assuming that these were added by the Nazis but given that wouldn't they have also applied the number on all three sides?
So the question is could these have been Soviet tactical numbers and not German?

Thanks for your help!

Mark
