Alvaro,
Take a look at the following thread at militaryphotos:http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/showthread.php?t=168012 . It has several BRDM-2 photos, as well as BTR-80s and softskins.
This one looks like someone in the Ukraine mixed the BTR colours using new formula Tamiya acrylics:
