Response to Re: Revell MAN Trucks - how close to British Spec?

The trouble is that the British vehicles are the latest offering, wheras the design for the German KAT1 trucks is 35 or so years old, so any similarity is very superficial as they are completely different designs and specifications.

Also, the load beds on the Brit spec HX and SX vehicles are made by Marshalls Specialist Vehicles in the UK - fair enough that British companies benefit from the deal (and at least the tie in with MAN keeps ERF alive)

Perhaps Airfix will amaze us?
