The really odd thing is that the MGS was Firing on the move and didn't move as much as it did stationary.

As for the ROF...the MGS shoots 6 rounds a minute, but only has 18 ready Rounds

A Good M1 crew can do 8-10 rounds a minute, and has around 40 rounds at the ready

If your shooting that much, you have serious problems going on...
