Are you asking about the Dutch units and individual tank markings or the competition markings?

Echelon Fine Details makes a set of decals that includes a CAT 91 Dutch Leopard 2A4....

Here is a great site with information on all the CAT competitions....there is an good image of a CAT 87 Dutch Leopard 2A4. I would expect the CAT 85 Dutch tanks were marked in a similar manner.
