One please

May 2 2012, 7:36 AM

I actually really like the way they've done the ball and chain. For a recreational modeller like me its perfect and I think will look great under paint. It's a huge improvement from the 2 dimensional academy merkava 4 photoetch + half spheres and easy enough to trim off if someone wants to break out the fine chain and tweezers.

Thanks for sharing these pictures. It looks like MENG have done their research work. The balls and chain are probably not the best rendition but they are a huge improvement for the lazy builders like myself happy.gif

Congratulation David for be the Chosen One and the first one to publish so much awaited photos of this kit. I am sure you made many people very happy by that (although some very angry).

The kit looks promising from these photos and I am sure it good news for every IDF Modeler.

May 2 2012, 10:25 AM

Just kidding, I already have a Tamiya Mk 1 waiting around... happy.gif

Thanks for the pics, David! Can't wait to see what Meng will come up with next.

Cheers,
Anders
