Found this photo in an Ebay listing for a French/Egyptian magazine from 1952. Very interesting markings on the tank, and French/British uniforms on the crew. Sorry about the picture quality, did the best I could.

Looks like an M4A4. Are the crewmembers carrying Beretta smg's?
