Warrior color in Iraq

Hi all
I am painting a Warrior in 1/72 scale for uses in Iraq,what color in the Tamiya range is right ?

Hi,
The nearest colour would be Buff in the Tamiya range in my opinion. Hannants do a nice acrylic Modern Gulf War Sand, which you could lighten for scale effect, if you can get hold of it.

Tony,
I have also seen photos of up armoured warriors in Green & Black with just the new blocks of side armour painted in the sand colour, these were with the Anglian Reg. a couple of years ago.
