Mille fois merci, Olivier

I love your wide selection of photos on your website, thank you for providing them.

For some reason there does not seem to be anything about the TRM 20000 - or am I overlooking it? I would dearly love to see a gallery or three about the TRM 20000, especially since I have a few to build. wink.gif

Cheers,

Jens

Mines and IEDs

The flat part folds down to be parallel to the ground and the Wiesel basically goes backwards. It is a bigger version of the old mine- and metal detectors.

Thanks for the kind comment Jens wink.gif

Concerning the TRM do you mean 2000 or 20000? I don't know of a TRM 20000 in the French army.
TRM 2000 currently are to find. Its cross country mobility was a bit poor to say the least and when its bed was not loaded it had a tendency to roll upside down.

Brad,
Jens beat me for the explanation. The radar works similarly to the ones you find on both sides of the Husky.

Thanks guys

I couldn't tell if it was some sort of air defense (didn't make sense) or a giant bug killer

Of course, TRM 2000

I do not know where that extra "0" came from, old age I suppose. I did not know about the poor cross-country performance, but I always liked the looks and they were with every French unit I saw.

Searching images for "TRM 2000 à vendre" or "TRM 2000 occasion" should yield some pics as well...

Mille fois merci à toi aussi

August 15 2017, 1:22 PM

H.P.,

I do not know why I did not think of prime Portal, too used to get my "French fix" at Olivier's site, I guess. Thanks also for the tip searching for second-hand ones, I am well set now.

Cheers,

Jens
