Hi,

I'm looking for some top view pictures of the Gepard tracking radar without the laser rangefinder installed on it. I want to build the Takom kit as a Belgian vehicle (B2) and these didn't had them installed, but can't seem to find a good overhead picture of the radar to base my scratch building on.

Thanks in advance,

Wouter.

Gepard B2R

Hi!

No picture here, (as in the regiment where I served between 1983-85, nearly all were B2L with laser). The old Tamiya Gepard has the B2L radar. I do have one built but heavily damaged and with some parts canibalized, if you like you can get the turret with that radar.

Andreas

Sounds like

a job for Perfect Scale Modellbau ..

More of such parts for building Belgian, Dutch and lesser known German
variants would surely be welcomed?

Theo,

YES! I want to make the Dutch version with the Phillips set up just to be different.
