Just finnished Trumpy's new transporter, and what a gem it is. Despite my errors, it is a good kit to build and is very detailed. The CMK/Planet resin kit of the same is a distant second, with little redeeming value.

It will be necessary to watch that you don't flip the parts the wrong way as I did with part B1. Also, try as I might the box consisting of parts A25 thru A29 when glued to B18 (the boogie top) it would lay crooked and at an angle. It took a lot of swearing trying to figure where I went wrong. Notice that assemly is "handed" and only goes on one way. Don't glue the axels until you have fit the tires, they are tricky to put on and too much fidgiting will snap the wheel off the axel. Ask me how I know.

I used clear plastic for the cabin windows that is not included in the kit.

The CMK/Planet trailer is devoid of many details and the trailer bed has no wood grain pattern like the Trumpeter one, and the wheels are quite thick and have a square profile compared to the Trumpys rubber wheels. The best part of the resinkit is acually the cable drum, in my opinion. The resin kit has no decals while the Trumpy kit has full markings with a few alt. versions included. Unfornately, the decals are much too wide for the fender markings and must be cut in half to get them to fit.

I still have to weather the Trumpeter kit (painted grey)
Hope you enjoy the images.

I hope this was usefull and informative. Thanks for looking.
