Short summary what I can see there
They use the poor quality parts from their earlier Pz3G and added Resin parts for armored motordeck- cowlings, add. front armor, front plate with driver visor and gear wheel with tracks around. In my opinion not worth to build it, except you want to go the expensive way and use some of the parts for kitbashing with Revell. There was a nice Pz3H based on Revell > 12 months ago in this DG .
