Kudo's to Hauler

All,

people are quick to complain when they feel wronged by a manufacturer
or distributor. Well we should be as quick to commend same when applicable.

Just started the Hauler, 1/72 scale M-29c, water weasel. One of, if not the,
finest resin kits I have ever purchased. When I opened the box. there was a bogie
unit missing. I bought this kit approx 1.5 yrs. ago and dont remember if the piece
was missing to begin with, or if I removed it for some reason.

It apparantly doesn't matter to Hauler. Sent the owner, Jan Sobotka, an email
and my address and got a set of replacement parts in the mail today.

This is outstanding service in anyone's book. Well done Hauler.

Just wanted to let the community know!

thanks

Andy
