may be the only reason that takes me back to liquid cement.Once rivets and small parts are attached,if you want them off,you will have to cut them off.As for the glue,using a tiny dot to attach a rivet has never attacked the plastic.At least not where it wouldn't be covered by paint.Also,it gives you time to set the rivets.That said,I'm still going to try your way.I'll just wait to last to do the rivets and go from there......Dan
