I have come to this thread late (due to metal thieves ripping all the wiring out of the local exchange and thus no internet for days...but that is another story).
Anyway as I say, Oh dear, what is all this about, I come to modelling from the 60's when we didn't have such wonderful kits and such a plethora of subjects. I can't believe what is being written really, any kit is a bonus and you don't have to make those you don't like. Dragon produce some very fine kits, I wish they had been around in the 60's, when you had to model or scratchbuild anything you wanted outside the extant kits. The NbFz is a kit a lot of armour modellers will want to build as it is part of the story of the German armour development 1939-45, it also looks really cool. I know that a lot of stuff is not being covered by manufacturers and it is annoying when your particular 'hobby-horse' isn't being produced (in my case A9 and A10 cruisers) but it is not the end of the world. I think criticism of a kit that is badly produced is inevitable, but a few rivets, clamps, brackets etc. is being really picky and we are supposed to be modellers, it is not beyond most of us to rectify these faults, so why gripe. I would finally say, just be grateful for what you get, if the supply dries up you will soon be glad of any old thing to feed your obsession.
All the best,
